Issue № 10, 11/2010 of the Official Bulletin "Promyslova Vlasnist" ("Industrial Property") have been published. This Official Bulletin contains the information on registered titles of protection for industrial property rights.

In May, 2010 the active work was continued for realization of tasks aimed at implementation of the state policy in the field of use of rights to industrial property objects protected on the territory of Ukraine.

Total amount of registered documents of title made up 290390 as of 01.06.2010.

In May, 2010 State Department of Intellectual Property received 439 applications for inventions, 908 applications for utility models, 2059 applications for trademarks and service marks.

The PIB’s CD-ROM & DVD-ROM collection as of June1, 2010 contains more than 13145 discs.

The fourth issue of "Intelectualna Vlasnist" ("Intellectual Property") magazine has been published.

In April, 2010 the active work was continued for realization of tasks aimed at implementation of the state policy in the field of use of rights to industrial property objects protected on the territory of Ukraine.

The State Department of Intellectual Property Annual Report 2009 is now available in two languages (Ukrainian and English). The Report provides a comprehensive review of the activities of the state system of the legal protection of intellectual property during the previous year.
