Issue 22/2009 of the Official Bulletin "Promyslova Vlasnist" ("Industrial Property") have been published. This Official Bulletin contains the information on registered titles of protection for industrial property rights.

In November, 2009 the active work was continued for realization of tasks aimed at implementation of the state policy in the field of use of rights to industrial property objects protected on the territory of Ukraine.

The PIB’s CD-ROM & DVD-ROM collection as of December 1, 2009 contains 12930 discs.

The eighth issue 2009 of "Intelectualna Vlasnist" ("Intellectual Property") magazine has been published.

In October, 2009 the active work was continued for realization of tasks aimed at implementation of the state policy in the field of use of rights to industrial property objects protected on the territory of Ukraine.

Total amount of the registered documents of title made up 272700 as of 01.11.2009.

In October, 2009 State Department of Intellectual Property received 378 applications for inventions, 649 applications for utility models, 1791 applications for trademarks and service marks under national procedure, 1059 - under the Madrid Agreement. Total amount of the registered documents in October, 2009 made up 2596 documents of title.

The PIB’s CD-ROM & DVD-ROM collection as of November 2, 2009 contains about 12830 discs. PIB contains national patent documentation and foreign patent-information products (in general on modern electronic media – CD-ROM & DVD-ROM) coming from the Patent Offices of the leading countries as well as international intellectual property organizations (EPO, WIPO).
