Issues 15, 16/2009 of the Official Bulletin "Promyslova Vlasnist" ("Industrial Property") have been published. This Official Bulletin contains the information on registered titles of protection for industrial property rights.

The PIB’s CD-ROM & DVD-ROM collection as of September 1, 2009 contains about 12790 discs. PIB contains national patent documentation and foreign patent-information products (in general on modern electronic media – CD-ROM & DVD-ROM) coming from the Patent Offices of the leading countries as well as international intellectual property organizations (EPO, WIPO).

The eighth issue 2009 of "Intelectualna Vlasnist" ("Intellectual Property") magazine has been published.

The seventh number 2009 of "Intelektualna Vlasnist" ("Intellectual Property") magazine is being prepared for publishing.

In July, 2009 State Department of Intellectual Property received 456 applications for inventions, 772 applications for utility models, 1653 applications for trademarks and service marks under national procedure, 936 - under the Madrid Agreement. Total amount of the registered documents in July, 2009 made up 2633 documents of title.

Total amount of the registered documents of title made up 265461 as of 01.08.2009.

On July 20, 2009, a grand opening of the two-week WIPO Summer School on Intellectual Property took place in Odesa. Its work will last until July 30, 2009.

In June, 2009 State Department of Intellectual Property received 419 applications for inventions, 969 applications for utility models, 1680 applications for trademarks and service marks under national procedure, 736 - under the Madrid Agreement. Total amount of the registered documents in June, 2009 made up 3913 documents of title.
