Total amount of the registered documents of title made up 227129 as of May, 1 2008: 87470 patents for inventions, including registered inventor’s certificates and 20-year after short ones; 32050 patents for utility models; 16470 patents for industrial designs; 91123 certificates for trademarks and service marks, including divisional applications; 11 integrated circuit topographies; 3 registrations of qualified indication of origin of goods, 2 certificates for the right of use the registered qualified indication of origin.

In April, 2008 State Department of Intellectual Property received 574 applications for inventions, 1077 applications for utility models, 3327 applications for trademarks and service marks under national procedure, 711 - under the Madrid Agreement. Total amount of the registered documents in April, 2008 made up 2674 documents of title.

Issue 5-6/2008 of the Official Bulletin "Promyslova Vlasnist" has been published. It contains the information on registered titles of protection for industrial property rights.

Total amount of the registered documents of title made up 224455 as of April,1 2008: 87131 patents for inventions, including registered inventor’s certificates and 20-year after short ones; 31285 patents for utility models; 16206 patents for industrial designs; 89819 certificates for trademarks and service marks, including divisional applications; 9 integrated circuit topographies; 3 registrations of qualified indication of origin of goods, 2 certificates for the right of use the registered qualified indication of origin.

In March, 2008 State Department of Intellectual Property received 507 applications for inventions, 880 applications for utility models, 2149 applications for trademarks and service marks under national procedure, 852 - under the Madrid Agreement. Total amount of the registered documents in February, 2008 made up 2409 documents of title.

Total amount of the registered documents of title made up 222046 as of  March,1 2008: 86860 patents for inventions, including registered inventor’s certificates and 20-year after short ones; 30586 patents for utility models; 16012 patents for industrial designs; 88574 certificates for trademarks and service marks, including divisional applications; 9 integrated circuit topographies; 3 registrations of qualified indication of origin of goods, 2 certificates for the right of use the registered qualified indication of origin.

In Febuary, 2008 State Department of Intellectual Property received 499 applications for inventions, 957 applications for utility models, 2308 applications for trademarks and service marks under national procedure, 720 - under the Madrid Agreement. Total amount of the registered documents in February, 2008 made up 2408 documents of title.
