Official Bulletin "Promyslova Vlasnist" (Industrial Property) Official Bulletin "Promyslova Vlasnist" is published since 1993. The Official Bulletin‘s periodicity is defined by the State Department based on the amount of materials submitted for publication (since 1993 to 2001 from 3 to 11 issues per year); starting with the year 2002, this Official Bulletin had been published in two books once per month; since April 2007, it has been issued twice a month in two books. Taking into consideration the changes in the current regulatory background in the field of legal protection of intellectual property the structure and the contents of the Official Bulletin is being improved. Namely, the basic information set published in the Official Bulletin "Promyslova Vlasnist" has been supplemented with the following sections: "Data on the Marks, Registered under the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks and/or the Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks for which Legal Protection has been Granted in Ukraine" (as from #7/2003), "Colour Images of Industrial Designs", "Colour Images of Marks for Goods and Services" (as from #3/2005), "Data on the Well-Known Marks in Ukraine" (as from #7/2005), "Data on the Applications for Registration of Qualified Indications of Origin of Goods and/or the Right to use the Qualified Indications of Origin of Goods Accepted for Examination" (as from #11/2005), "Data on the Registration of the Qualified Indications of Origin of Goods, "Data on the Registration of the Right to Use the Registered Qualified Indications of Origin of Goods" (as from #3/2007). The current structure of the Official Bulletin was approved by the State Department order of December 28, 2006, #148 according to which each of the books of the Official Bulletin contains the following data:

Since 2005 the Official Bulletin "Promyslova vlasnist" is also issued on CD-ROM. Since 2006 the Official Bulletin on-line version is posted on the State Department of Intellectual Property and State Enterprise "Ukrainian Institute of Industrial Property" web sites. Beginning from 1994 there has been published the Annual Index to the Official Bulletin "Promyslova Vasnist". It contains the numerical, systematical and name indices relating to industrial property rights, any data whereon were published during the year. The Official Bulletin "Promyslova Vlasnist" is delivered free of charge to the patent collections of the national system of science and technology information, namely to the State Scientific and Technical Library of Ukraine, the State Scientific Medical Library and to the regional Scientific, Technical and Economic Information Centers under Law of Ukraine of April 9, 1999 #595-XIV "On the Obligatory Copy of Documents".
